Bus Driver Training Bus Driver Training
The Hamilton-Jefferson Counties Regional Office of Education will conduct Initial Training Classes for new bus drivers on the following dates:
Saturday, August 2, 2008
Saturday, November 1, 2008
and
Saturday, March 14, 2009
Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m..
Class participants MUST register prior to the class date.
When registering, you must provide:
The name of your bus service/school
The bus service/school(s) address
Their phone number
Your current/valid driver's license number
| Class attendees can register by visiting
the Regional Office in Mt. Vernon at 1714 Broadway, by calling the office (618) 244-8040, or e-mailing the office at the adjacent link.

It is recommended that ALL individuals taking the initial bus driver training course pick up a copy of the training manual to review at LEAST 2/3 days prior to the class. The manual may be picked up at the Regional Office in Mt. Vernon, at 1714 Broadway.
